Re: Kittens and biscuits and chewing?
Yes, totally normal and in fact one of the main reasons why the argument that kibble helps with dental hygiene doesn't wash. Most cats swallow them whole or crack them in half - definitely no chewing (or tearing, which would be the more appropriate action for a cat).

Re: Kittens and biscuits and chewing?
I thought that when she was doing it
so much for the cleaning of teeth. You know when I took the kittens for their first jab and he weighed them not once did he mention to me that they were underweight and how or what i should be doing to build them up ![]() It was only the good support and advice from here that made me fully aware of how small they were and the best way to bulk them up ![]() He did however give me 2 small sample bags of hills biscuits!! and reccomend that all i feed them is that. Can you imagine if I held him to that with them being so small I can't bare to think where i would of been with them and their weights!!I weighed again last night (god i am becoming obbsessed) DD has now put on 210 grams since last Tuesday and Dotty 160gram They are sleeping more I think because they are permenantly full but they feel so silky and Dotty is catching up width wise (not length yet )I am just praying they dont get used to this 2 hourly feeding and expect it when they are big ![]()
