Bozita - which type?

Hi, of those of you who feed Bozita which type do you feed? I assume the Pate style would be best, am I right?

Re: Bozita - which type?

Hi there.
Bozita is very popular with many of our customers, and we have found that cats will tell you whch ones they prefer. This can also change weekly/daily and monthly we have also found.
All of them are of a good quality.
To help out we do mixed cases to keep your moggy happy.

Bozita Cat Food UK

Cheers Fraz.

Re: Bozita - which type?

generally I've gone for the tins, cos of the higher meat content implied by a pate.

But just ordered a multipack of the chunks in jelly, and first day today - he seemed to like 'em. Did lick the jelly off first, which made me nervous, but he then wolfed it down.

Think tins slightly better value, but it takes him best part of 2 days to get through one - he doesn't love the last bit, despite it being sealed & refrigerated etc.

I reckon mix 'em up a bit - the tins you can get in different flavours I know, but they're a bit samey - at least some different texture thrown in there keeps him interested.

He has some Porta 21 dry overnight (which he also loves and is much cheaper than Orijen, Applaws), but not much, courtesy of Hobbs' advice

Re: Bozita - which type?

Bozita is also releasing a new range in Germany this September called Function, which unlike the other Bozita stuff is a wet/dry combination range for a variety of lifestyles. So, in my book, quite a step backwards.
gloworm*mushroom and jo-pop like this.

Re: Bozita - which type?

Incidentally, if anyone wants to try Bozita before buying a big case, my cats have decided that because they wolfed it down enough to fool me into making a huge bulk order, now it's Ok for them to turn their noses up and refuse to eat anything except the tins fo that and Animonda, which, by the coincidence of Sod's Law, I bought much less of. Just drop me a PM if you're interested.
