Best way to get cats used to new foods?

When I got mine from the rescue they had been used to Sheba,Felix Good as it Looks,Whiskas Simply for their wet food but after reading Hobbs' thread I've ordered some Animonda Carny,Grau and Smila.Only just started using it this week.Harry isn't doing too bad with it and Ingrid did eat the Smila Fish Pot.I can't get Ingrid to eat much of the Animonda though and she just keeps going for the dry food which I have to put down when I'm going out.I've tried mixing some of the familiar pouches with the Animonda but she's hardly eaten any.Is it just a case of keep offering her that until she eats it? I hate thinking she's hungry or not getting enough wet food.

Changing their food can be a bit tricky.
How about crushing some of the dry food she likes, and putting it on top of the Animonda? Or abandon the Animonda, and see if she'll accept the Grau, with or without the crushed dry on top.

Could be that she would rather eat dry food if that's what she's used to, or that she just doesn't like that particular flavour of wet.
