cat with very bad toilet trouble

he is on a dry food diet. but my silly neighbour feeds the foxes loads of rubbish which he then eats such as uncooked meat and also DEAD ANIMALS!!!!. he has been in a cage due to an injury he has and ive noticed that his poo is very runny and he makes really weird noises from his bottom when he goes.

what would you suggest to get him back to a normal consistency?

Wrong forum hun.

But just to say, uncooked meat is perfectly fine for a cat, plenty of people feed their cats and dogs a raw meat diet. What do you mean dead animals? Meat is, um, dead animals.
