Flea & Worming Treatment Plus A Runny Tum!

Hi guys please help to put my mind at rest (after having read OMG worming lol)
Doko & Diesel where wormed with Panacur paste last Wed for 3 days i see from reading various different posts that they need to be done every 2wks? my first question is should i have seen worms present in their poops if it had been effective? i havent seen a thing is this usual? their poo was normal up until i took them to the vets (last wed) and since then we have had runny number 2's i was concerned it was their food causing it but maybe the wormer as that finished on friday last week? but surely it would have stopped by now? (i have kept them on the chicken or fish whiskers kitten pouches and avoided the lamb duck ect in the hope that their tums settle down thinking maybe too rich? althou no probs pior to going to vets with them and this was their usual food!)
due to the runny tum its been a bit not great as they have a nasty habit of stepping in it whilst trying to cover it i have ovbiously kept everything as tidy as possible and will give them a wipe over if they get mucky but now am really paranoid about worms and my kids getting it! (esp after reading about round worms!)
my other questions is frontline flea (the spray) they where sprayed by the vet nurse i was told this will last 1mth i have noticed on occasion the odd stratching going on here and there but nothing major (tbh they weren't really even scratching pior to that but def had fleas as they had all moved up to their head after being sprayed which was a bit alarming ! they where only in the house for one night before being treated do i need to panic and spray my home? and what happens when those eggs that they had on them when they where sprayed will they die too or not until they are sprayed again in a month? sorry for all the questions these are the first cats i have had and im enjoying learning all about their needs ect just want to make sure i can keep them healthy happy and safe as well as the kids!
