Out cat has been sick approx 10 times in the last 24 hours...

She's very subdued and we hoped she'd be okay this morning but she's not. She hasn't been sick again today yet, but she wont eat anything and just wants to stay still...

We let her out for the first time since we moved house yesterday (tho she was a stray before she found us, so she's been outside lots before), but it seems to have kicked in just after she went outside.

I'm going to call the vets when they're open, but wondered if anyone had any idea a) what may have caused it, b) what i can do, c) how i can make her eat! I'm sure she'd be more spritely if she got some food down her...

Maybe she ate something when she was outside - possibly a plant, many of which are poisonous to cats.

Hope you get on ok at the vet and they can sort her out.

Well, the vet gave her 2 jabs, some laxative and some tablets.

Cost me £70... and the moment i walk through the door she's right as rain again!

Typical!

I don't suppose I can take the meds back either...

It could be that the jabs that she has been given are helping to settle her stomach.

Keep a close eye on her still, but hopefully they have done the trick.
