OMG post worming

Can I please scream and vomit!?!?!? Foster kittens have had their three day worming course that ended yesterday.... Tango had just suddenly woken up and started coughing and sneezing, I was getting really worried rubbing his chest and patting him, then all of a sudden i saw somthing on his nose. Thinking he had got a bit of a feather on his nose I picked him up to take it off..........

IT WAS ONLY A MASSIVE WORM HANGING OUT OF HIS NOSE!!!!!!!! I had to grab it and pull it out eek:eek: Thank god it was dead!!! Tango is now bad to playing and eating and has left me and my mum feeling thoroughly sick!!! I DON'T DO worms!!!!!! eek:eek:

Question is am I going to have any more from him or his brother or sister!?!?? blurghhhhhhhhhhhhh

Re: OMG post worming

I was on the phone to my vet nurse thinking something was really wrong with him as they not very healthy kittens VERY underweight!!!

Ended up screaming down the phone OMG ITS A WORM ARGHHHH!!! and my friend was like told you it was a worm!! lol lol lol

I am just glad it was a dead worm as its post three day worming so they will be done again in two weeks time and I hope that getting rid of some of them in the mean time will help them put on weight. I just pray I don't have to see .... or pull out any more!!!!

The Vet nurse I was on phone to is my friend

ewwwwww is this a good or bad time to tell you that my cat passed a round worm that was 4-5 inches long. It was the most horrendous thing ever I was so traumatised had to get someone round to inspect it as I couldn't believe it'd come out of the cat.

He put on so much weight once he was worm free.

Re: OMG post worming

This was about 2-3inches long and was a round worm the poor kitten is only about 5-6inches long (not including tail) as it is. The poor boy was really coughing and sneezing to get it up... will never look at a cat sneezing/coughing in the same way again!!!!

Poor little Tilly is loosing it again even tho she always has food available she doesnt seem that interested.... mind u if she full or these nasties I dont blame her not wanting to eat!!
