Yes, based on the increased appetite I would say the overactive thyroid isn't adequately controlled and the meds will most likely need to be increased. It can take time to regulate and stabilise this condition and sometimes this can take longer with some cats so regular testing is essential especially in the beginning. The blood test on Monday will inform the new level of medication required.

Is he OK otherwise with the Felimazole? No vomiting or facial itching?
