Re: Food recommendations for cats that don’t like pate style

Having some issues with my boy at the moment too. He was being more and MORE fussy about the Grau (never a great eater of it anyway) and so I bought some Gourmet as I was getting desperate and he practically INHALED the stuff (I felt awful, like I had been starving him )

I have tried him on Bozita (doesn't touch it at all, even if he's starving), Animoda carny (very unpopular) and Grau (all flavours now, not that bothered, eats it as a last resort sort of thing). He likes Hi-life Pate so am going to get some more of those. Oh, and he refuses to touch dry food at all. He's been gaining weight fine though, so can't be much wrong with him, lol.
Jango also loves Applaws, so I know how you feel

I very successfully feed Natural Instincts Minces, although the last time I fed a box of that we had two days of vomiting about an hour after feeding... so am waiting for the weekend and an evening feed so I can be around to monitor any sickness/nausea. Fingers crossed as he LOVED the stuff before. Definitely worth trying if you haven't tried it before

Re: Food recommendations for cats that don’t like pate style

Hi, my cats don't like pate style either. They eat almost everything, not fussy at all, but no pate. I've given up, it's only a waste of money.
Try chunks or maybe row food?
Anyway, I wish you much luck with your beautiful main coons.
