Re: Cleft lip kitten

How is the access for dabbing on some oil in that confined area? Would it be easier to use a small dropper or syringe maybe?

I wonder if a pre-emptive dab of oil every morning would help in the long term to stop the crusts clinging to his skin and would be a lot less traumatic when it came to removal.

Re: Cleft lip kitten

Access is ok as it is open from the missing lip. However he absoultly hates his nose or face being touched. Going to have to work with him with treats for him to allow me to touch him etc before I start prodding much and hope that in the mean time the crust doesnt get too bad

That sounds a great idea.
