Drinking Fountains

Those who have one,do you notice a difference? Do your cats drink more than when you put down just bowls of water? Was giving thought to whether to get one.If you have one, which do you recommend ? (It would be for 2 cats). Thanks for any advice.

Re: Drinking Fountains

Hey Bette, how are you doing?

Our girls all drink plenty, and our two (now ) doggies also drink from the fountains!

We have 2 Catmate ones which are fabulous and very easy to keep clean, you can also pop all plastic parts in a dishwasher if you're posh enough to have one (we don't ).

I have just bought Meeko the Cat Mate fountain from zoo plus Cat Mate Pet Waterfall: great deals on food and drink dispensers at zooplus From the recommendations on here it seems the most popular, but,Meeko thinks it is a toy As he loves drinking from taps ect I thought ,wrongly that he would benefit from a fountain. I have attached a pic or two of his thoughts

It is at the moment unplugged and empty in the hope that he gets used to it ,before I try again.

Hi Aurelia
Thanks for that,I'll go and have a look at those.

Just on another subject,I was thinking of you the other day-both cats now loving their window cushions and I took some pics which I'm going to upload and post when I get round to it.Harry especially loves his-discovered both of them squashed onto one the other day too, even though they have one each.

Awwww Mine often battle over them too! But when one is comfortable on one and Tinks decides she wants to be on that one this is what happens ...

Little monkey

I'll look forward to seeing the pics

Buffie I still can't get over Meeko and the fountain
Beckyjr37 and LittleOne83 like this.
