Which insurance please? Animal Friends selected, thanks all

Which cat insurance do you recommend?

At the moment we're looking at Vets Medi Cover after receiving info on it with our NI receipt.

Our cats are 14mths old and 16 weeks old x 2 with no underlying concerns that we know of.

We're taking Lulabel to the new vets today for a checkup as she's stopped eating, is lethargic & has lost weight (maybe 400g in a month - from 2.9kg to 2.5kg) and her fur is unhealthy

Can we get them insured quickly so she's covered today in case it's costly?

I dont think any insurance will cover you straight away its usually starts 14days after you take the poilicy out, some cover for accidents straight away though.

Good luck at the vets hope it's nothing serious x

We've just gone with Argos after looking at quite a few - their policy and prices seemed good and had good reviews. Although if money is no problem M&S is good. Like Dally Banjo said, I don't think they cover you straight away. Hope Lulabel's ok x

Phoebe's with Petplan, their policies are usually really good. Just make sure you go for a life long cover.

Thanks, we've gone for Animal Friends, a lifetime cover superior plan as they're only babies and you never know what'll develop. It covered accidents from 5 days and full cover from 14 as pp's said
