Just googled the former, and he is definitely not showing any signs even in a small scale, he has said that he is otherwise fine (he does a thorough check each time including temp, abdomen etc to make sure there are no changes).
Not sure about the second, but will mention these to him.
I think what he will probably say is that we should wait for his adult teeth to come through and see what happens, rather than do biopsies just yet!
