Its been a long time but now im back needing help lol

HELLOOOOOO!

i havent been on in absolutely ages

ollie escaped and went missing for 3 days just over a month ago

after taking him to the vets all was fine.

after grooming him today when i got to his tail a huge clump of hair come out and was covered in this white stuff.

I dont know if im being paranoid but i dont know if its moving.

having had to deal with fleas and ear mites in the past i know what they are like and how to check for flea dirt etc

on this one im completely stumped on the area of his tail where it is the fur also seems greasy has anyone had anything like this before ?!

Well, look what the cat dragged in!!!! How are you doing gal?

Re his problem, could the white stuff be dandruff? Perhaps another trip to the vet to rule out any nasties...
