Hoping to get some advice please.

Bo my 2 year old moggy girl is long hair and often has furballs which she has no problem clearing.

At the moment she's bringing up a thick mucousy clear vomit a few times a day. She's also lost her voice bless her.

She's indoor, has Smilla wet food which she's still eating and still drinking.
She's weeing no problem...I think she'd pooing, 2 cats and 3 trays makes it hard to tell who's is who's!
She seems fine otherwise.

Any idea what this could be?

Hmm is there any chance you can get her to a vets? The occasional vomit I would say is normal but a few times a day, for what seems like a few days in a row doesnt seem good to me
