Re: The grab or avoid game

I quite like the noise too! I thought it would bug me after I read some of the reviews saying it was noisy but it's quite nice. Sounds like a fish tank pump but not as loud.

Do you keep yours on 24/7?

It's sooo soothing

I turn it off when I'm not there because I'm SO paranoid about wires. I had a kitten bite through the television wire and she died instantly so now everything is off if I'm not there, I even have the oven turned off at the mains xxxx

OMG that's terrifying. Poor kitten.

You've made me scared now. I leave it on when we're at work... hmm seriously reconsidering that now!

It killed me We'd only just moved into the new house and I fell asleep on the sofa with them all. She'd NEVER showed any interest in wires AT all, never ever but I woke up a few seconds too late, she had smoke coming out of her mouth and I couldn't get her off the wires It was just horrific. xxxx

Oh honey that's terrible, arg... I can't imagine how scary and upsetting that must've been for you. We've bought some cable covers which I hope will either deter wire-chewing or just make it more difficult to get through... as I think it's probably impossible to keep an eye on them all the time.
