My order is completed and should have been delivered today. My OH was in until 1pm but it's been delivered after then before so it was no surprise it didn't turn up before. I've been at work all day and was expecting to come home to find it waiting - I've always been in to receive it before now, but was under the impression the couriers knew they had to leave it.

So there's a few scenarios:

* It's been left and stolen.
* It's been taken back to the delivery depot because the courier can't read.
* It's coming uber late.
* They've left it with a neighbour and haven't told me.

Anyone ever had one of their deliveries taken back to depot?

No, Ive only had 2 orders though, one of which the boyfriend was in to take it and the other was left at the door.

Shouldn't they have left a card for scenarios 2 and 4?

Could you phone NI to see whether it was set for delivery today? Maybe they can chase it from their end?

I should really look at the floor when I come in the front door. Missed the delivery note telling me he'd left it in my recycling bin 'Only safe place?' lol.
