I feed my birds mealworms my friend breeds.

Every now and then a little sucker escapes and turns into a beetle.

Well i keep finding them everywhere! In my shoe!, my face cloth, one landed on my head as i was sat typing a message on computer. running across the floor rofl.

The cats think its fantastic, booting them around on the floor. They thank god dont seem to eat them

I fed my birds maggots but im afraid finding the odd one, wandering along the floor and on my bed *my bird cage was oposite my spare bed before cats came*and having big flys buzzing around the place. i swapped to mealworms.

Just goes with the job though, keeping birds

OMG !!!!!!!!!!!! You kept your birds opposite your spare bed ?????? ...needless to say you didnt have many guests staying then .I'm sorry, but maggots and bugs crawling about the house you live in cant be very nice, imagine being a guest and waking up to find a mealworm in ya bed.......Hold the breakfast....ill stop at mcdonalds..............rolleyes:

It was my old bed in the spare room *which now belongs to the cats*.

All my birds are now contained to my spare room. Who wants guests anyway hahaha

Its just the odd beetle i find wandering around now. About 1-2 a week. Is that alot? But they do tend to pop up in the strangest of places

Never in the food cuboards thank god .

I honestly dont mind. life is never boring here.

And my birds need to eat them so unfortunatly what will be will be hahaha.
