Re: Applaws Cat food Help

Ours love Animonda Carny too! They prefer it to pretty much everything else, including the posher stuff.

Re: Applaws Cat food Help

Our two love Friday and Sunday evenings because they get a pouch of Applaws each. We alternate Chicken with Asparagus and Chicken with Pumpkin. but we couldn't feed it all of the time because A. it is very expensive and B. it is only complimentary as someone else has already pointed out.

Why not try mixing half a pouch of Applaws in with another food and see how he goes.

Re: Applaws Cat food Help

Am I ok to feed Eric Applaws wet and dry???

He has always had the dry but it is now the only wet he eats. I've got Animoda Carny but he won't eat that anymore.

Re: Applaws Cat food Help

Complementary food should only form up to 20% of the diet.

As I am not a fan of dry food at all, I would worry about a cats ONLY wet intake coming from a complementary food.

Re: Applaws Cat food Help

Applaws might seem expensive, but they won't go through as much as they would a supermarket brand. Mine only have one tin per day with a complete dry food.

Oh, and one of my kitties doesn't like gravy/jelly foods either, so she only eats Applaws and Nature's Almo as her wet food.
