Question Taurine and the raw diet?

Hi thinking of making home made kibble as well as feeding raw on the side like 3 times a day.Ground meat *frozen from pet shops* about a tablespoon each 3 times a day. Give or take on their weight.

They have a problem with eating chunky meats and bones so will have to be ground. I can add ground egg shells for calcium into their kibble that i could make.

But will i have to add taurine? And how much to the raw food? I have found a brand of taurine online that looks ok but do i need it and how much do you give per meal?

Thanks!
