Question for the PF food guru HOBBS

Hi there
Wonder if you could helpme with the benifit of your wisdom please kind lady?
I am in the process of changing my elderly cat Billyboy - over to this food

Berriewood - Forthglade Vacuum Packed Meat, Chicken & Heart Menu 18x395g

It says on the pack to feed half to one pack a day on its own
Do I need to give anything else in your opinion?

And how much would you feed?

and also -is it any good?

thanks in Advance

Re: Question for the PF food guru HOBBS

I *think* that stuff is complementary food, so doesn't contain all the nutrients cat need and should only be fed a couple of times a week as a treat. According to their website, and presuming it is the same food (Forthglade pet food manufacturers), then feeding recs are:

Small cats need 1/4 of a tray
Medium cats need 1/4 - 1/2 a tray
Large cats need 1/2 - 1 tray

They do do some allegedly complete food for cats - Forthglade Chicken Menu for Cats but although I have contacted them repeatedly about more information (ie. simple info such as the calcium and phosphorus content) they have kept stumm. And it has got the weirdest texture too - like a big OXO cube - that a lot of cats appear to find offputting.
