Applaws Dry

Can anyone inform me on why Applaws do their dry chicken in 7.5kg bags but not the Salmon & Chicken?

Does the latter go stale much quicker because of the fish content?

Boys have turned their noses up at the Orijin (thank goodness I only got a small tester pack!!) but are hoovering up the Applaws so I need to get some more in.

Many thanks

Re: Applaws Dry

I think it's probably more to do with the chicken being the most popular / base product, they don't do the chicken and salmon in the 400g size either so I doubt it's anything to do with storage life.

Re: Applaws Dry

So they do, It's not the first time I've talked nonsense lol. I'm sure they don't in Pets At Home though because I remember wanting to try it but didn't because all I coul find were 2KG bags and my cats fussy so most likely wouldn't eat it.

In response to your original query then, I've no idea

Re: Applaws Dry

I will probably do a stock up on the 2kg bags whilst P@H still have them on offer. This will give me time to get a 400g back of chicken when I do my next Zooplus order to see what the boys think of it.

Previous meaty flavoured dry foods were ignored but I am hoping the high meat content of Applaws might make it a winner.
