I'd probably go back a step and try mixing a little of the raw with their usual food. Did you serve the raw at room temperature after defrosting? if it was still a little cold that can put them off - so you could also try warming it a bit - I just mix in warm water from the kettle.

Milo likes his raw food sprinkled with crushed Thrive treats, and also a bit crusty at room temperature. TBH, I leave it down all day ( as long as there are no flies in the house ) and he nibbles away at it.
