Re: Giving cat tablets

Reading all these makes me realise how very lucky i am with Chi, it takes me literally seconds only to give him his pill, i just pop it in, rub under his chin and its gone.
Also makes me remember my last cat who was the complete opposite, and the 'funny' that my friend sent to me called 'How to give a cat a pill' which i will forward to anyone wanting a good laugh.

Re: Giving cat tablets

Im a meanie i just open thier mouths and pop them in, our female takes them no problem although it can be a struggle at times to get her still long enough to open her mouth.

The male easy he was so used to it he had tablets daily for around 5months (3 times a day) I'd show him the tablet and he would come up to me and stand there waiting lol

Re: Giving cat tablets

a little bit of mature cheese is excellent for hiding pills! push it inside and squidge cheese around it
