Smile Should you groom your cat?

The question is...

Should you groom your cat? The answer is yes. I know, they do lick themselves to death so why is this requried? In most cases especially with very hairy and sheddy cats can't complete the job themselves. The best way to know if they need help is to purchase a brush and try it. If the brush is clean after you brushed them for a minute or so, then they don't require you to help. If the brush is full, then you want to keep brushing your kitty at least once a week. This will help prevent hairballs being spit up all over your new rug!
