Re: what do u feed?

I use Orijen dry food which is down most of the time & have just started on a raw diet which thankfully they have all taken to really well.
I have 4 bengals (7 altogether but 2 awaiting to be adopted) plus my moggy who is nearly 11 & he loves it too!!

Re: what do u feed?

I have tried every food with our 5 month old silver bsh, but the one he devours is the Felix 'as good' range.

I've tried the aplaws kitten but he tried covering it as though he'd been to the toilet! He also did this with hi-life kitten and adult, and natures best. I figured if he thinks its a poo, it can't be fair to feed it to him! Applaws chicken made him really ill and Sheeba he wouldn't touch. I've spent a fortune on various wet meats, but Felix is the one (unfortunately)

I'd like to have the time to feed him chicken wings, but we both like the convenience of prepared foods. Can you feed them chicken wings/legs/thighs from the hot chicken counter at Asda etc? If so, how much would you recommend for a 5 month old?

Re: what do u feed?

Ok, i'll try them on the chicken wings. Just to confirm, they can eat the bones as well if it is raw? How many would you suggest to give my 5 month old (huxley) and 7 year old (Tigger) and do you feed them every day on chicken wings?

Thanks

Re: what do u feed?

Yea, they can have the whole wing as long as it's raw. It's the cooking of them that makes the bones soft and thats when they splinter and can choke the cat. I only do Chicken wings once a week. 1 each will be fine. You might find they don't eat it all, or just play with them to start with too
