A quick update for Auntie Welshjet and anyone else.....

Oscar continues to do well. The swelling around the eye area has significantly reduced - was looking almost quite flat this morning (the combo of high-dose Arnica & anti-inflammatories seems to have worked) - and he has had very little blood come out via his nose.

He is eating VERY well but pooping seems to have stopped.... Cleaned one up at 5am yesterday morning but nothing since. He's off to the vet tonight for his day 2 check-up and if he still hasn't done anything by then, I'll give it a mention. He's also been drinking a little bit more but I've put that down to the after-effects of the gas.

He seems to be loving the peace & quiet of having a room to himself. When I sit with him though, I'm still getting the big purrs that would put a train to shame!!!

So it seems, so far so good.

And he is STILL well gorgeous!!!!!!!!
