I have 1 2yr old cat called Daisy. She is normally, a happy bouncy active cat, however for the past 2 days, she has been sick lots of times, not eating, she has been very slow walking, and will not go outside. We are having our garage converted at the moment, so there has been lots of noise, and lots of dust, which i thought might be linked.

Should I take her to the vets?

Agreed, vomiting alone for a short period isn't always a cause for concern but with everything else you have said, she really needs to go to the vet.
She could have ingested something dangerous that has been in the garage. Walking slowly and acting that way is a big danger signal, please contact your vets.

The Thing is that the Vets near me, is not open on Weekends! Its really annoying!

Daisy went out today, and then when she came back in was sick again. When she went outside we couldnt see her, even when another cat came in the garden (she normally tries to chase other cats) she did not appear

there must be a nearby emergency vets. Is there nothing on your vets answer machine?

You really should be keeping her inside.She is obviously unwell and a trip to the vets,emergency if need be is called for.All vets must provide emergency cover,even if it is at another surgery.

Your right, it turned out that on weekends they were at another place!

She is staying overnight so they can take blood tests and feed her

She is still in the vets and they think shes got Pancreatitis

They also said she had Abdominal Fluid which could lead onto Cancer, Liver and heart problems
