I didn't know that about goats milk?! But you've just set off a thought process. Many years ago I had a very sick kitten who wouldn't eat and, at my wits end, I tried Complan.( You know the powdered stuff usually taken by elderly people?). Mixed this with milk (cold) and the nutriants within gave her the kick start to go onto other food.
This was chocolate flavoured complan, don't know if the taste made any difference, but it worked!
I'm off to the shop now for goats milk and complan for Sharma (my cat with Aids). Sorry, don't mean to hi-jack this thread, I'll update on his condition later. Thanks for the mind prompt.

This may be worth a try for the beautiful 20 year old, what a fantastic age, I hope she improves quickly.
