Re: My cat won't eat wet food!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you tried drizzleing tuna juice on wet food to try to get her to eat it?
I am trying to convince mine to eat raw at the moment, and this works for one of them.

Oh yeah I would think that would work well as chicken is fairly bland anyway. good luck.

No, I mean I think it will work well with the tuna juice, as chicken does not have too much flavour iteslf, it will taste very tuna-ish.

Only other option is to introduce it gradually, and don't give the cats a choice.

Put a very small, miniscule amout in the dry food, and mix it up well. Gradually increase the amount of wet.

I have seen this work, but it is expensive, as a lot of wet food gets thrown out.

Re: My cat won't eat wet food!!!!!!!!!!!

Snoopy has never eaten wet food and when I spoke to the vets she said not to worry as long as she was eating plenty and had water so I never have worried over it to be honest, She does on the odd occassion eat a chicken wing or a bit of mince but she is very stuck in her ways D

Re: My cat won't eat wet food!!!!!!!!!!!

I was told by a vet, that dried food was better for them. It was good for their teeth, and it made them drink more water. O.K. but, every cat that I have ever owned, has been encouraged to try something different. Mine love what we eat too, BBQ, rice, pasta, I don't buy rubbish. My cats have always had the best that I could afford.

Some of you might disagree?
