Echo this I have a boy with IBD and if he gets bad then we fast him and reintroduce bland foods......
To be honest from the background given on this thread I would agree with EB and others that it sounds viral or infection. Pedigree kittens can be more susceptible particularly as a few people have mentioned, where lots are living together
