If it is colitis, it may not be anything to worry about. Acute colitis is actually quite common in cats. It arrives for a short time, and no other signs of illness are present.
If you notice any weight loss, loss of appetite or depression go straight to the vet. Don't worry if there is an episode of vomiting. Vomiting will only be a concern if it is repeated. |

I have had a this with cats a couple of times and it was never anything to worry about. Sometimes it can be caused by straining too hard or passing a particularly big poo As long as there are no other symptoms, it is generally nothing to worry about!FLC |
