Hello peecee - no, you don't sound thick at all. No, I don't mean that it needs to be minced.
Get your meat in bulk, chopped it all up. Add the supplements (even if it is only the salmon oil and taurine you want to use), then bag it in individual portions and freeze it all. Or you can add supplements occasionally during the week if you don't want to freeze them. Alternatively, chop your liver and offal (e.g. kidney) separately. Freeze them in icecube trays and add those to the meat. Does that help? Doh - of course they are - I will add the ethnic butchers to the sources list. |
