Bloody Fleas

Hiya,

I de-flea'd all the animals in the house not so long ago but because Lily was pregnant i was told not to do her.

Now - her and all 4 kittens have fleas. I think the dogs must have brought them into the house.

The kittens are 4.5 weeks old. Can i use frontline on them or are they still to young. Also, Lily is still feeding them every now and again and it says not to use on feeding queens.....

do i just have to put up with the pesky things? or is there something i can do?
someone suggested bathing them...i wouldnt mind doing the kittens but i dont think i would have any arms left if i tried to bath Lily, lol.

Thanks

Kelsie

Re: Bloody Fleas

I think you can use Frontline Spray but not the Spot On.
Hopefully it will be confirmed by everyone else??

You can get a spray from the vets that can be used on kittens from two weeks old and an adult treatment for mum

Re: Bloody Fleas

you can use frontline spot on on pregnant cats, and spray on kittens from 2 DAYS old.fleas on tiny kitties can be fatal, and cause tapeworm infestations.use frontline combo on adults and frontline spray on teenies, this will eradicate the buggers from your pets and house

Re: Bloody Fleas

I had to use the Frontline spray on my kitten when I got her at 7 weeks as I saw a couple of fleas and she was fine with it,if you are worried take the kitten to the vet and they will do it for you.
