I'm sure(never done it myself but..) if you get in touch with local Siamese breeders-they will be able to help,or your local Rspca,catcentres etc and tell them you are interested in rescue Siamese,they'd be delighted to help you and all being well you'll soon be slave to a wonderful choc lad
 Or look on breed forums and they usually have contact details-good luck and in the meantime-pm May-Mazpahs Siamese,she is a member of this board and i'm sure she will be able to help you as she does a lot of rehoming of all cats
