My varieties are formulated with different cuts of meat, bone and offal to ensure that the right kevel of vitamins and minerals for cats are in the food.

No problems with that KK but could you wait until Monday? I've nearly run out of taster poly boxes and I'm not expecting a shipment of them until Monday so if I get another rush of people wanting the taster box, whilst I have the food I have nothing to ship it in! My fault I thought that I had ordered enough before I started to advertise the site but I've been overwhelmed!

Glad your cats like the food the chicken isn't one of my cats favourite they currently have a passion for pig tongues eewww

Re: For all the Raw feeders out there

I've just ordered a trial box from you and must say, the info about raw diets from the link in your signature is amazing! So much stuff that I guess I already knew, but wasn't sure whether to believe.

I'm not a big fan of the commercial cat food companies such as Whiskas, Felix etc, and have always wondered if cat food is just one huge money maker! Although I've already bought a shed load of better quality foods such as Applaws and Orijen, I'm definitely going to start introducing raw foods to my two.

Quick question about your store. If there is no-one home when the box is delivered, can it be left somewhere? Will it have any ice-packs or something? I order meats from Able and Cole and they pack with ice-packs and leave it outside our door in a custom built wooden box I made for parcels. Just wondering what your delivery guys would do? I'm not keen on signed for deliveries as I tend to only be able to collect on a Sat from the post office.

All the shipments are sent next day via DHL in insulated poly boxes. The taster packs are sent next day before 12:00. As the meat is frozen it will keep quite well in the insulated box for 24-48 hrs. After 24 hrs some defrosting may occur around the outside but it is still safe to refreeze if this happens. DHL are normally pretty reliable after the first shipment (main reason I sent the taster boxes out on their premium service as this gets more attention than normal 24hr deliveries). About 70% of my shipments are left on the doorstep or where the customers whats it to be left.

Yes it's my site I don't actively promote it on the forum as I am here to advise on feeding & nutrition not to promote my products.

Hope your cats like the taster packs. I decided on the taster packs because cats are all individuals and you can guarentee that they will like a few of the varieties and be not so keen on others. My cats aren't that keen on the chicken whilst KK's love the chicken, my cats love the rabbit whilst an other customers cats turn their noses up at it. One of my friends cats only eat the rabbit chunks.

I'd just like to say that because we operate on a smallish scale we are quite flexible so if there is anything that you would like (as long as it isn't wilderbeast heart or possum tail!!) then drop me a line and we'lll see if we can source it at a resonable price.

Re: For all the Raw feeders out there

Is there any way you can send my order (number 15) out on a postal service that doesn't need a sig? I have a feeling that stuff that's been sent DHL in the past has gone back to their office about an hour away from me, and they either re-deliver (but still need a sig) or I have to collect. It ends up a never ending circle with re-deliveries and I can never get to their office before they close as I work full-time. If they don't need a sig it should be fine as the wooden box I put outside my house is big enough for all the cat food I have delivered with other companies.

Hi,

About 70% of my orders that are delivered by DHL are left without a signature! I always write on the box please leave if not in.

Re: For all the Raw feeders out there

Received my pack today as requested on delivery date. It all looks very tempting and Mai Tai couldn't wait to get into the box We'll be trying it tomorrow as I've still got some left of my own mix for today but I'm pretty sure it will go down well Thanks for your excellent service

Re: For all the Raw feeders out there

I actually can't wait for my box to come!
lol
Before I bought from you I'd already bought about 2 months supply of decent pre-packed food from sites like zooplus etc. Those boxes have been turning up in the last few days, yet all I want is for the raw food! How sad am I!
I guess I'm just excited to see how they get on with it. I've grown up with the habit of buying cat food in pouches and it's only as I'm getting older that I'm thinking more about what would be most natural for them. As long as we don't get any sick patches (and the postman doesn't put a 'while you were out' card through the door), I think you'll have a regular customer out of me.
