Better by far to contact local reputable rescue centres, yes you will have to pay a donation/fee but you will get a vet checked, vaccinated, wormed/flea treated kitten and you should get help with neutering if needed

look in Yellow Pages or call local vet for contact numbers.

Contact your local Cats Protection League - or look up Animal Rescue centres in the yellow pages.

Yes, what can seem like a"bargain" however well intentioned you are, can run up a BIG vet bill and a boatload of heartache

Many if not all cat and general rescues have cats and kittens of all ages waiting for loving homes, good luck!!!

They also take up alot of your time, and as you are rehoming your rats due to not having the time perhaps right now isnt the time to be taking a kitten on?
