I have to say, it is a good litter and really not that expensive in the scheme of things. I bought a small bag a week ago and sift it quite a few times a day, throwing it straight down the toilet. The smell I was getting with woodchip was becoming really irritating, but this does not smell AT ALL. And I think it will last quite a long time, because it clumps entirely and you simply throw away the clump -retaining the rest of the litter that doesn't even smell. It does track though, but I have never found a litter that doesn't track even a little

Sorry slavetorobbie, I can not think of an alternative. As for your kitten not liking it I think you will be ok as it usually as cats get older that they develop a preference to a type or brand of cat litter. It will also work out cheaper as I am confident that you will go through far less of the World's Best compared to Tesco's own brand.
