Converting an outdoor cat to and indoor cat??..

Hi..

My parents are looking at moving to another house, however their Moggie Nemo has always loved being outdoors as the house they're in now is in a quiet estate well away from any roads.

The house they are looking at moving into is near a road so my Mum wants to convert Nemo into a house cat.. we know this will be difficult as he likes pottering around in the garden with Kia, their dog.

Does anyone have any tips as to how this can be done? What sort of cat runs there are which can be easily removed as they will be in a rented house?

I'd be gratefull for any suggestions, cheers!

What about something like Kay has for her cats, something attached to the house so the doors/windows can be open, but the cats can't escape, but have access to the outdoors. Then if needed it could be unscrewed from the property and moved
