Sounds an odd question, but our british variant boy makes loud snoring sounds when he is asleep,.....its like his nose sounds blocked but it clearly isnt....its like a real snore... does anyone else have this with their cats or is it just my little crazy dude?

My male cat snores sometimes when he's asleep at night. I think it's when he lays in certain positions... it's not really loud, but can well be heard at night because it's all quiet.

Yep, I have some that snore and you can also see the rapid eye movement and twitching underneath the eyelids when they are having a dream, plus the odd cry if it is a mouse or bird dream D

Yes our tabby snores she does the rapid eyes too sometimes and twitches like mad.

The other week she was asleep on our bed, OH started snoring, kicked him to shut him up then the cat started!!!!! You'll be pleased to know I didn't kick the cat to shut her up, just grinned and beared it hers is quite a sweet little noise really whereas OH is more of a grunt

Isn't it funny how we just put up with our kitties little habits but the husbands just get abused ha ha
