Re: Felix Cat Food Pouch Offer
The best deal I've seen id in Asda, their own make Tiger Select Tuna wholemeat and prawns in jelly, 29p per pouch. Thats £2.90 for 10 and its very high fish content, no cereals etc, the tuna looks like what we get out a tin. It's all one of my cats will eat, the other two love the feline fayre 60% fish pouches, 4 for £1 in Asda. Far cheaper than whiskas or felix and 100 times better for your cats.

Re: Felix Cat Food Pouch Offer
just a quickie -- but kitten food is a gimick. Check out the ingredients - I did a big reseearch into it and Felix (for example) was less nutritious in kitten form than in adult form - weird but true. Check out the ingredients very carefully. If your cat is happy with the adult wersion feed them that.
Or, even look at the higher quality foods (not sheba or gormet -- they are just more expensive for the same amount of fillers etc) - anything with 50% meat or more is better than the 4-8% you get in whiskas and felix. Hi-life (60%+), Bozita (93%+), etc they are better and fill your cat up more as they don't have to poop out the 96% of fillers that they physically can't digest. However, if you choose to feed the Fielix and Whiskas stuff then try the adult versions and grab those bargains whilst you can.

Re: Felix Cat Food Pouch Offer
i agree with spid on this one we have got our 8 month old kitty on natures menu it is so much better as it has higher meat content, we dont need to feed oakley as much as it fills them up more. we looked into it when my oh looked on the felix pouches and saw that it was such low actual meat content.

Re: Felix Cat Food Pouch Offer
I agree with spid that kitten food is a bit of a gimmick. Its like Weight Watcher meals “reduced content”
My kitten does however like the Felix over anything else at the minute but also the Asda pouches have really good reviews and also the breeder i got my cat from suggest ASDA pouches once he’s over 8 months. |
