awww he looks very cute in the pics.....Im hopeless if he'd been doing that to me I would have ended up wanting him too. Good that hes gone to a good rescue place he will be looked after and hopefully end up in a happy new home

you really did the right thing, in fact i would say you went the extra mile for him, not many people would have fed him let alone made sure he had somewhere warm and dry to sleep not to mention taking him to the vet and a rescue centre, you should take comfort in the fact he will find a lovely home, as you said he is a lovely natrued cat and i am sure they wont have him long, hopefully they will keep you updated with his progress!
You are right to think of your own two, not to mention the practicalites of moving house!
Well done you, you deserve a harty pat on the back for caring

There are far too many people in this world that get cats and are not prepared to look after them properly

mad: You have to put Betula and Alfie first and like you said it is not the right time or fair to them for him to be joining the family.

Bet it was hard though - like someone else said you did far more than most.

Awww thanks everyone, they are going to keep me updated and they said i can ring any time, they have a really love massive cattery, with big enclosures so i hope he'll settle. He's quite a confident cat so i think he will be ok. Better he is away from roads and people that might hurt him. It was much harder to give him to the rescue than to keep him trust me, i really liked him. But I had to be sensible and think of him and my cats as horrible as it was. The girls there were making a fuss of him straight away so think he'll become abit of a favourite. Going to give them a few days and then ring.
