Kittens should'nt really lose weight, when they start running about they don't gain as much as they have so much energy.
I use a feather stick or something jangly to get pics of my kittens, or I take them while they're playing or sleeping. The new owners of mine don't mind which, they just love seeing their babies grow

Don't worry about bonding - It happens the week before you pick your kitten up. and the night before bet you won't be able to sleep.

You will have a picture in your mind. I did ended up with two kittens on the day, I knew about a week prior that they were having difficulties finding a home for him, so what do you do, you get two.

You must be really excited - there isn't a feeling like it. I'm still excited and loving every minute with my boys (including my STB of course).
