Re: Cat Litter & Trays
This might be a stupid question, but do you get smaller trays (with lower sides) for when they are really little, or would you start with something like a shoe box lid?

Re: Cat Litter & Trays
You can get tiny trays, will try to dig out a pic of kittens in one
I would'nt recommend a show box lid, you can't clean them, unless you had a store of lids for whatever reason and wanted to keep changing them every time a kitten went to the toilet! |

Re: Cat Litter & Trays
No smells? When my adult cats poo there is mucho mucho smell! I use a wood based litter and remove poo as soon as poo'd if I am at home!
Wees don't smell tho' the male tends to 'miss' - lucily it doesn't matter as the litter tray he misses is in a bath we don't use and the offending wee is easily flushed away. He doesn't seem to 'miss' the litter in the utility room... Litter bag i use supposedly lasts 70 days for 1 cat - I have 2 and it lasts less than 2 weeks! Cats are Maine Coons tho' and wee and poo prodigiously! |
