kittens jumping on the kitchen sides!!

hello i just wanted to know if anyone knows of ways to keep my kittens off my kitchen work tops?

if i hear them goi in the kitchen and jump up i go in and they jump down and i tell them no .doe anyone else have any idears?

someone said double sided sticky tape is great
though I've never done it myself...
And someone else said put a tray of water up there just out of view
I can't imagine any cat being impressed with landing on either...

A water pistol or spray bottle might help. Mine get a spray and after a few times they got the message, Though they still try occasionally when theres chicken on there.

Electric barb wire and plenty of water to make the shock work, lololol JOKING..... I have heard about sticky tape thing.

It is unlikely anything will work in the long term - I've done all of these things (except the electric wire!) and they still jump up. They know they aren't allowed - but they are cats and that's what cats do.

lol I'd try the water pistol, having said that I cant buy one anywhere now cos its winter ohhh could try ebay (any excuse!)
