Off their food - worried. HELP!

Further to my other post this morning about George maybe having ring worm (small funny patch of raised skin on his back leg) it now seems they're off their food... George is eating his lunch but in bits a pieces whereas he normally polishes off 3/4's of it in one go and Gilbert is not interested in his at all... They were on Hi-life kitten pouches and have swapped them over to Hi-life adult (as same ingredients except for omega oils in the kitten one) as P@H stopped doing the kitten ones... i did this over about 4-5 days as the food was so similar. They've been fine on it but now seems not. They also have HIlls kitten chicken dry mixed in. Gilbert has also now developed smelly poop whereas before it was ok. Not sure what to do next!? I am popping them to the vets tonight for George's leg to be looked at but now i am really worried as they've never been fussy or off their food at all. HELP?!

Hiya, I say this alot of here! My 2 started off with Hi-life and it made them stink, its probably not the adult food thats doing it. Can I ask why you mix in their biscuit? do they not like it on its own? When were they last wormed?

They eat their dry but i sprinkle it on top of their wet as otherwise they're not so keen - they tend to leave the dry to last anyway so not sure if it makes any difference that i mix it in! They were wormed on 12th Oct... so due to be wormed next week.
