Tiga

I took Tiga to the vet today to be weighed for his flea program (he is on stronghold) he was 1.6 kilograms last month and this month he is 2,27 kilograms so by next month he should be on the adult stronghold he is 5 months old now so i think he is on track with his weight as his breeder said he should put on a pound a month (i had to get o/h to convert his weight to pounds and ounces) we asked the nurse to clip his claws as he keeps getting caught up well if looks could kill he would have killed me 10 times over lol
i am not brave enough to clip kittens claws but i think that when i eventually do do it i am going to have fun

You may find it easier to clip his claws at home rather than go to the vets each time - it'll get expensive otherwise. Maybe next time ask the vet for tips how to do it and watch how they do it. Good luck & hope the weight gain continues.

Re: Tiga

Thanks JoWDC i do clip my adult cats claws but am not very confident to do Kitten claws. The reason i worry about Tiga's weight is because i lost a young ragdoll cat he was just 5 days away from being a year old to that dreadfull illness FIP and he never really put any weight on so i am relieved that Tiga is putting weight on
