advice need it! Thx
Hi all,
I'm new to this forum, but I have no doubt that i will get lots of good info and advice. So here it goes... 1- I've addopted Nibbler (4year old) male this week as his family is moving abroad - he settled in briliantely and seems happy...because myself and my hubby are working full time I intent to adopt a second adult cat (female 3-4 years, Marmalade) but unsure of how to deal with the introduction and how is best for both of them not to get stressed out or distrought. I had browsed the web and there is a lot of info - but typically for a settled in cat with a new cat - in my case I would have only had Nibbler for a week and a bit before Marmalade will come home, therefore not sure how to deal with the sitution best. 2- secondley, Nibbler has a problem (or more likely I have a slight problem LOL) when he's in a playfull mood he gets on his back and if I pat him he nips... it's not alyaws painful and I know is play nip but I would love to teach him to stop biting people and to know that only toys are for biting. He has got a lot of new toys - I wanted him to feel welcomed in his new home and he really enjoys playing (he's neutered) Any advice is welcomed. I would very much appreciate advice in this matter. Thank you, Claudia x |
