Hi,

I went back to the cat protection lady today to fill in Billys paperwork and give a donation.
Anyway when she gave me Billy she said he was 5 months old and she wrote on his adoption papers that he was 6 months.
However in the vaccination record she gave me stated he was 11 weeks old when he had his 1st jab on 17/7/09. now i think this makes him 8 months old? (I looked at the dates when I got home so couldnt ask her.)

It doesnt bother me that he is older than she said but how comes he wasnt neutered when I got him? and this also means the poor guy was in the cattery for 8 months!!

I make that 6 months
Poor little lad must have been in the cattery for a couple of months.
I'm very suprised that they let you take him un -neutered, most rescue places are hot on that.

ok if i take it that he was born exactly 11wks before the jabs then he was born 1st april lol
which means nearly 7months - lol my maths was never that good!!

from the 17 july on his 1st jabs that is only 11 weeks.

which makes him now 22 weeks which to me makes him 5 and a half months

ha ha have really confused myself but just counted in diary that it is 15weeks since 17 july. so that is 26 weeks old. which is 6 and a hlaf months???

lol it really dont matter in the end but i keep coming up with different answers!!
