Adopting a kitten

Hi everyone,

I have decided to adopt a friend for my BSH, Tosca. I am going to see him tomorrow. He is a 14 week old male Tabby! I'm not sure of his background yet. He looks really cute in the picture! Apparently he is a very affectionate kitty! Wish me luck!

Jo

Re: Adopting a kitten

Hi,

Ive got my little kitten. He is 15 weeks old and I have called him Sammy.. He was rescued from a house where the people could not look after him. They did not neuter his mum so she was getting pregnant and having kittens all the time. My other kitten (7 months old) is hissing at him and growling some of the time but I think they will be fine together soon enough as they are chasing each other around the house. He has a really friendly personality.

When I went to see him one of his sisters was there. His sister could not be fostered as she had to have an operation when she was big enough. She had some sort of growth. i cannot remember what it was called. I really wanted to take her as well.. She was lovely.

When I took him home in the car he pooped in the cat box and it was diarrhoea.. I felt so sorry for him. He still has a bit of diarrhoea but not as bad. He had his worming pill this morning which the fosterer gave me. He loves to cuddle up on the sofa with us.. I will put some pictures on soon.

Jo x
